官方商城与产品服务，在一个 App 里相遇。从了解商品到管理订单，让选购和日常使用衔接起来。The official shop and product support come together in one app, connecting product discovery and order management with everyday use.
购物车、地址与订单，一起管理Your cart, addresses and orders
商城包含购物车、收货地址、下单及订单管理功能。购买服务开放后，可在 App 内完成选购并查看订单进度。The shop includes a cart, delivery addresses, checkout and order management. Once purchasing is available, you will be able to place orders and follow their progress in the app.
当前处于内测阶段，商品暂未开售，购买与支付暂未开放。正式开放信息将通过本页面及 MAIXI 官方渠道公布。The app is in closed testing. Products are not yet on sale, and purchasing and payments are not available. Availability will be announced here and through official MAIXI channels.

用支持数据传输的 USB 线连接兼容移动电源，按指引读取设备提供的电池信息。健康检测无需登录。Connect a compatible power bank with a USB data cable and follow the guide to read battery information reported by the device. No sign-in is required for battery checks.
USB 电池检测仅适用于兼容型号，非所有 MAIXI 产品均支持。具体连接方式与可读取项目，以设备和 App 内指引为准。USB battery checks are available for compatible models only. Supported readings and connection requirements depend on the device and the in-app guide.

需要什么手机？所有产品都能检测电池吗？What do I need? Can every product report battery status?
App 需要 iOS 17 或更高版本。USB 电池检测仅支持兼容移动电源，需要支持数据传输的线缆；部分 iPhone 还需要适配的转接器。并非所有 MAIXI 产品或线缆组合都支持，连接前请查看 App 内指引或咨询官方支持。The app requires iOS 17 or later. USB battery checks require a compatible power bank and a USB data cable; some iPhones also require a suitable adapter. Not all MAIXI products or cable combinations are supported. Check the in-app guide or contact official support before connecting.
登记产品，是连接设备或验证真伪吗？Does registration connect a device or verify authenticity?
产品登记用于整理你已购买的产品款式，不会建立蓝牙连接，也不等同于单件真伪验证或购买凭证。USB 电池检测是独立功能，无需先登记产品或登录。Registration organises the product models you own. It does not create a Bluetooth connection, verify an individual item's authenticity or serve as proof of purchase. USB battery checks are a separate feature and do not require registration or sign-in.
可以在 App 内购买产品吗？Can I buy products in the app?
商城购物是 MAIXI App 的主要功能之一，包含商品浏览、购物车、收货地址、下单和订单管理。当前处于内测，商品暂未开售，购买与支付尚未开放；开放后可在 App 内选购。现阶段的购买咨询，请通过官网联系我们。Shopping is a core part of the MAIXI App, with product browsing, a cart, delivery addresses, checkout and order management. The app is in closed testing: products are not yet on sale, and purchasing and payments are not available. You will be able to shop in the app when purchasing opens. For current purchasing enquiries, please contact us through the website.
