法律与争议Law and disputes

You may negotiate with us, seek help from consumer organisations or competent authorities, or bring proceedings before a competent court. These terms do not limit your statutory choice of jurisdiction. The parties shall first seek to resolve any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may bring proceedings before a competent people's court at the company's domicile. Where the law requires jurisdiction at the consumer's domicile or the place of contract performance, those provisions apply.
中英文存在差异时，以中文及适用法律为准。If the translations differ, the Chinese text and applicable law prevail.
