适用范围与主体Scope and operator
本政策适用于极至未来（深圳）人工智能科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”）运营的迈犀官网，涵盖浏览、搜索、产品推荐及联系服务中的个人信息处理。独立产品服务和交易平台另有隐私规则。This policy covers browsing, search, recommendations and contact services on the MAIXI website, operated by 极至未来（深圳）人工智能科技有限公司 ("we"). Separate product services and marketplaces have their own privacy rules.
本站不提供注册、结算或支付。第三方商店的平台及销售方按其告知的规则处理订单、支付和配送信息。This site has no registration, checkout or payment. External marketplaces and sellers handle order, payment and delivery information under their own notices.
信息与用途Information and purposes
仅处理具体场景所需的信息。浏览产品无需提交姓名、电话或身份证件。We handle only information needed for each activity. Browsing products requires no name, phone number or identity documents.

处理依据与选择Legal grounds and choices
处理依据包括有效同意、订立或履行与您的合同所必需、履行法定义务所必需等法定情形。基于同意的处理可撤回；撤回不影响此前合法处理。Legal grounds include valid consent, necessity for a contract with you and statutory duties. Consent may be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing.
拒绝提供非必要信息不影响浏览。售后所需信息不足时，我们会说明影响并沟通替代核验方式。请勿发送完整身份证件、银行卡、密码或无关敏感资料。Withholding optional information does not affect browsing. If service information is insufficient, we will explain the impact and discuss alternative verification. Do not send full identity documents, bank-card details, passwords or unrelated sensitive data.
委托处理与对外提供Service providers and disclosures
网站、邮箱和售后可能涉及受托服务商。委托范围限于服务所需，并依法约定目的、期限、安全及监督义务；向独立处理者提供信息时，依法告知并履行相应同意义务。Website, email and service operations may involve providers. Entrusted processing is limited to service needs, with legally required terms on purpose, duration, security and oversight. Disclosures to independent controllers require applicable notices and consent.
外部链接的第三方按其规则收集信息，请在提交前阅读。第三方参与不免除我们的法定责任。External sites collect information under their own notices. Read them before submitting data. Third-party involvement does not remove our legal responsibilities.
我们不出售个人信息。法定披露按规定权限和程序办理；合并、分立等涉及信息转移时，依法告知接收方和您的权利。涉及个人信息转移的，接收方应继续履行本政策项下的个人信息保护义务；接收方变更原先的处理目的、处理方式的，将依法重新取得您的同意。We do not sell personal information. Required disclosures follow lawful authority and procedures. For transfers of information arising from mergers, divisions or similar events, we will notify you of the recipient and your rights as required by law. The recipient must continue to fulfil the personal-information protection obligations under this policy. If the recipient changes the original processing purposes or methods, your consent will be obtained again as required by law.
保存期限与安全Retention and security
信息仅保留处理请求、解决争议或履行法定保存义务所需的最短期限。无需继续保留时，删除或匿名化处理。Information is retained only as long as needed to handle requests, resolve disputes or meet statutory retention duties, then deleted or anonymised.
语言设置保留至修改或清除站点数据。会话存储通常随标签页会话结束而清除；恢复会话可能保留数据。Language settings remain until changed or site data is cleared. Session storage normally ends with the tab session but may survive session restoration.
我们承担法定信息安全保护义务；发生安全事件时，立即启动应急预案，依法处置、报告并通知受影响人员。We fulfil our statutory information-security obligations. If a security incident occurs, we will immediately activate our emergency response plan, handle and report the incident, and notify affected individuals as required by law.
存储与跨境处理Storage and cross-border processing
网站、邮箱和售后信息可能经过不同技术服务。若向境外提供个人信息，我们依法告知，并在依法需要时取得单独同意、满足跨境条件。访问网站不视为同意跨境处理。Website, email and service data may pass through different technical services. Cross-border transfers require statutory notices and, where legally required, separate consent and transfer conditions. Visiting the site is not consent to a transfer.
您的权利Your rights
请向 support@maixi.net 提交请求。您可依法查阅、复制、更正、补充、删除信息，限制或拒绝处理，撤回同意，在法定条件下转移个人信息，或要求解释处理规则。我们有权要求您提供必要的身份核验信息；对于明显重复、超出合理限度或缺乏法律依据的请求，我们有权拒绝并说明理由。Contact support@maixi.net to request access, copies, correction, completion, deletion, restriction or refusal of processing, withdrawal of consent, transfer where statutory conditions are met, or an explanation of processing rules. We may require information necessary to verify your identity. We may refuse requests that are clearly repetitive, exceed reasonable limits or lack a legal basis, and will explain the reasons.
- 我们仅做必要身份核验，并依法及时处理。We verify identity only as necessary and handle requests promptly under law.
- 无法满足请求时，我们说明理由和救济途径。您可向主管部门投诉或依法起诉。If a request cannot be fulfilled, we explain the reason and remedies. You may complain to the competent authority or bring legal proceedings.
- 清除浏览器偏好不删除邮件或平台信息，请向相应处理者另行申请。Clearing browser preferences does not delete email or marketplace data; apply separately to the responsible entity.
未成年人保护Protection of minors
本站不面向未满十四周岁儿童。父母或其他监护人发现儿童未经同意提交信息时，请联系我们；确需处理时，依法取得监护人同意并遵守专门保护要求。This site is not directed at children under fourteen. Parents or other guardians who discover that a child has submitted information without consent should contact us. If processing is necessary, we will obtain guardian consent and comply with the special protection requirements under law.
更新与联系Updates and contact
功能、处理目的或信息类别实质变化时，我们更新说明，并依法重新告知或取得同意；更新不追溯减损既有权利。Material changes to features, purposes or data categories require updated notices and consent where legally required. Updates do not retroactively reduce existing rights.
中英文存在差异时，以中文及适用法律为准。If the translations differ, the Chinese text and applicable law prevail.
