硬件保修条款Hardware Warranty

01适用范围Scope

适用于随附《保修服务卡》的迈犀硬件。包括但不限于移动电源（充电宝）、数据线、耳机等产品，具体适用型号以保修卡载明为准。涉及强制性产品认证（CCC）的产品，其认证状态及标志以产品实物及全国认证认可信息公共服务平台公示信息为准。未随附保修卡的配件不适用本条款，其质量问题依相关法律规定处理。制造商：极至未来（深圳）人工智能科技有限公司。本条款不限制您的法定消费者权益。These terms apply to MAIXI hardware supplied with the Product Warranty Card, including but not limited to power banks, data cables and earphones. The applicable models are those specified on the warranty card. For products subject to China Compulsory Certification (CCC), certification status and marks are as shown on the physical product and the National Certification and Accreditation Information Public Service Platform. Accessories supplied without a warranty card are not covered by these terms; quality issues are handled under applicable law. Manufacturer: 极至未来（深圳）人工智能科技有限公司. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

0212 个月质保12-month warranty

质保期为 12 个月，依法自商品交付之日起计算。交付之日以物流签收记录或销售方交付凭证载明的日期为准；无前述记录的，以产品生产日期为准。The warranty period is 12 months, calculated from the date of delivery as required by law. The delivery date is the date shown in the carrier's proof-of-delivery record or the seller's delivery evidence. If neither record is available, the product's manufacturing date applies.

03服务范围Coverage

质保期内，符合保修卡约定的产品问题由品牌方免费维修或更换。人为损坏返修的材料、人工及其他必要费用，按实际成本收取。Covered issues during the warranty period receive free repair or replacement by the brand. Repairs for consumer-caused damage are charged at the actual cost of materials, labour and other necessary expenses.

04申请保修Request service

• 联系店铺客服或迈犀售后，提供保修卡、订单、型号和故障实拍。纸质凭证遗失时，可提交其他有效购买证据。Contact the store or MAIXI support with the warranty card, order, model and images of the issue. Other valid purchase evidence can replace missing paper documents.
• 确认收件地址、随附物品及运输要求后，按指引寄回，保留物流记录。Confirm the return address, included items and shipping requirements, then follow the return instructions and keep tracking records.

05期满维保After the warranty period

质保期满后，我们可根据备件情况及自身政策提供有偿维修服务。具体方案、备件及费用在受理时说明。我们不对期满后的维修服务期限作出承诺。After the warranty expires, we may provide chargeable repairs subject to spare-parts availability and our policies. The service plan, parts and costs will be explained at intake. We make no commitment as to how long post-warranty repair services will remain available.

06费用与寄送Costs and shipping

依法因质量问题退货、更换或修理的，必要运输费用由经营者承担。付费项目须先说明项目和金额，经您确认后实施。未经您确认的项目，我们不会实施，也不会向您收取相应费用。The business bears necessary transport costs for returns, replacement or repair legally required for quality issues. Chargeable work must be explained with the items and amounts in advance and carried out only after your confirmation. We will neither perform nor charge you for work you have not confirmed.

07安全与争议Safety and disputes

在使用涉及移动电源等含锂电池产品时，如出现冒烟、鼓胀、漏液、烧焦气味或异常发热等安全异常情形，请您立即停用并通过售后渠道联系我们，我们将依法处理。勿为拍摄异常，而重复危险操作。When using products containing lithium batteries, such as power banks, stop use immediately if smoke, swelling, leakage, a burning smell, abnormal heat or other safety issues occur, and contact us through an after-sales channel. We will handle the matter as required by law. Do not repeat dangerous actions to record the issue.

对处理结果有异议，可要求说明依据，并依法申请协商、调解、投诉或诉讼。You may request reasons for a service decision and seek negotiation, mediation, complaints or court proceedings as provided by law.
